Most new to moderately-experienced ISB agents serve as Additional Agents (or simply 'Agents') onboard a vessel of the Imperial fleet... Each vessel may possess, at maximum, one agent additional to its Head of Security.

A vessel's Additional Agent:

Must report in at least weekly to their vessel's Head of Security (or in the absence of the same, to the ISB General).
Must have a regular presence in at least one of the GE's major public communications facilities: enforcing appropriate regulations and reporting anything questionable to the ISB General & his superior(s).
Is highly encouraged to regularly patrol all of the GE's major public communications facilities, including its IRC Channel and central Message Boards.
