Brief Synopsis

In "real–life" terms, Fleet Admiral Tiberius Fel is the club manager and sole owner of The Galactic Empire: An Empire Reborn (GE:ER)... As Supreme Commander, he formulates & approves Imperial policy at the highest levels; and also coordinates & supervises the efforts of High Command.

Fleet Admiral Tiberius Fel may be approached by any individual desiring to speak directly to the highest level of command, and reserves the right of final decision over all GE matters...

Position Description

The title of Supreme Commander carries the minimum naval rank of Fleet Admiral... It reigns supreme not only in the Imperial Navy, but in all facets of The Galactic Empire. (True to the Star Wars Empire, the GE is not run via council, but by military chain of command.)

On the backdrop of the fictional GE universe, Fleet Admiral Tiberius Fel is the sole proxy to His Majesty the Emperor, whose personal sanction is considered to come with any & all of the Supreme Commander's orders.

The Supreme Commander's duties are performed on two levels...

Firstly – in "real life" terms – is the addressing of the basic legal & technical requirements necessary for the organisation to operate as intended...

Secondly – within the GE as a whole – the Supreme Commander acts as general overseer of the entirety of the Empire... In this, he coordinates & supervises the efforts of High Command, appointing & removing high–level commanders as necessary. He also formulates & approves Imperial policy at the highest levels: primarily through authoring the GE's Imperial Law, and Imperial Officer's Manual.

On a final note: because of the amount of coordination and decision making required for efficient Imperial operations, individual commanders are granted varied degrees of authority in their positions, in the spirit that officers in charge of units should have appropriate authority with which to run them... However, Fleet Admiral Tiberius Fel reserves the right of final decision over all matters concerning The Galactic Empire.
