Position Description

The Commander of the Navy is charged with command of the Imperial Navy and thusly possesses all standard powers & responsibilities of a Division Commander. The Commander of the Navy will most often hold the rank of Rear Admiral on appointment for the duration of a probationary period, but is often promoted to Vice Admiral and can even recieve a promotion to Admiral after a long and distiguished career!
