Position Description

The Company XO is the second-in-command of a Company, and primary assistant to the Company CO, assuming command of the company if the CO takes a LOA. Company XOs hold the rank of Junior Lieutenant (JLT) and can be promoted to Second Lieutenant (2LT) after long and dedicated service.
