Within the standard Imperial Navy, the rank of Commander (CM) holds two uses. The first is the introductory rank for first officers onboard "large-scale" capital ships (those with fighter capacities of one full wing (6 squadrons/72 pilots) or more).. The second is afforded to first officers onboard "smaller-scale" capital ships (those with fighter capacities of less than one full wing (6 squadrons/72 pilots)) who consitently perform exceedingly well after sufficiently long & dedicated service. |
