Maybe create a "Mentor" TDA that gives access to the cadet email list. Also, I think it would be helpful that when the cadets are emailed, the mentors, Prefect, and I are all copied as to make sure we're all on the same page.

My assumption has always been that if someone doesn't have a clear grasp of what to do, he/she can contact me or Antillies - that's why it's mentioned twice in the initial email. However, I don't get very many emails of this sort. Maybe a mentorship program would work better - anyone else's thoughts ...

Actually, this has been considered a certain other Rear Admiral was working on developing an EaW course where a lrage portion of the instruction would come via 1v1 tutorship. If the EaW course goes well, we hope to have similar courses set up for the other platforms as well. If this is something you ...

In all seriousness, the revamp was spearheaded by the FA Fel, the Prefect and I just worked out the details. Thus, all criticisms can be directed ^that^ way :P
