This was not caused by any one person. I am tired of being in the middle of a bunch of people that are mad at each other. You guys get so mad that you are always trying to find ways to get each other in trouble. It is always he did this and I want him banned. I am paying to run a server that adds to the stress in my life. Does anyone want to tell me why I should continue to pay $275 a month to be stressed out. My servers are down and they are staying down. I am done with this! I will upload what I have done with the test mod tomorrow and if someone else wants to pay to be stressed out, I will send them the user data so you whiners will not loose your stuff.

My relatively short experience with FW is just like this. I didn't like the people on the server, nor how people talked. I guess this is likely to mean we'd have to move server. Perhaps if we move quick enough, we could pick up a lot more new members...

Uch, I figured that this would be coming, allthough from the little time he spent on the MBs, I didn't expect it to come from Burnout himself. Nomen est Omen.

I suggest we watch the Server for a while, sometimes things get back together. Other than that I can only suggest getting active in the "Tides of War" mod as well. I definitely like it and I think we can still make a great impact on the Imperial side of it.

Vort, apparently there's someone who has a spare server with everything it needs. Could be it's up in a month or so. What's really shame in this, in my honest opinion, is Aldebaran being fed up and, at least for the moment, having decided he won't develop 1.66 any further. He's done a lot of work to have the Mandalorians in in that version, I hope someone can talk him into not throwing it all away

I hate how they aren't able to just ignore the goddamn bickering. Who cares? There's ALWAYS some people who bicker about this or that, you can NEVER make everybody happy and it's a goddamn fight against windmills.

Of course there won't be only one or two people bickering and if the sides hate each other and start flamewars on who's side has better fighters or anything then so be it.

Jesus, why can't they just ignore it.
Other than that, I think what Aldebaran and Tessius said in one Thread is true. It will take the "tides of war" mod years to get where Free Worlds is and I also agree that the Empire has an advantage that is simply too high, which is not what I want to play in.

We will have to see what time will bring. As you said, I read that they have a new server (apparently), too. So, let's wait and see.

So, if not playing on the Burnout server, is the plan for Zeta to simply wait everything out? What are the odds that someone will actually pick things up again?

La Forge, I don't think Zeta should be rushed. I think a one month's wait, at least, is in order until we can say whether game will go on on some server or not

Free Worlds is the newest Navy platform. It's a multiplayer Star Wars total conversion for Freelancer

It's currently widely available in discount shelves, should have no trouble finding a copy for ~10€
