Some of you may have noticed that the Medal of Expansion was recently added to profiles for those who have earned it. However, I have been asked recently by people who may have earned the MoX on the Nexus, but the medal (or correct variation) is not appearing on their profiles. This is not an error in the script. The problem is being caused by the information not being in the database.
If you feel you are owned a Medal of Expansion, please email your Division Commander with an email containing as much solid proof as you can provide (your old Nexus profile, for instance, would be excellent) regarding your MoX. They can review it and make the final call.
