Competition: Flight Endurance

Officers of the Imperial Navy:

On behalf of the Commander of the Navy, I am pleased to announce a new competition: Flight Endurance! Initially proposed by Ensign Audrine, this competition means to prove which officer of the Navy has the most combat mettle!

Scoring is simple. The officer with the most completed combat chamber missions during the duration of the competition will be declared the victor, with second and third place runner ups. Note that a mission is not one downloadable simulation, but one actually flight or piece of a simulation. For example, a 6 mission battle would be worth 6 completed missions, not one. No restriction has been set on which types of simulations from the Combat Chamber may be completed: anything is acceptable. The combat chamber is located here: http://empirereborn.net/cc.php

Timeline details:
Competition start: 12:00 AM, March 15th, 2009
Competition end: 11:59:59 PM, March 21st, 2009

You have, in essence, one week starting this Sunday to blast as many Rebels as possible!

Awards for the competition have been determined as follows:
1st Place: Imperial Victory Cross, Silver Wings
2nd Place: Imperial Victory Cross, Bronze Wings
3rd Place: Medal of Merit

These awards have generously been approved by Admiral JaggedFel. The IVC with Silver Wings is a highly sought award, do not miss this opportunity to earn one yourself!

If there are any questions, please let me know, or ask a member of Naval Command or your unit leader. Admiral JaggedFel will be tallying the mission completions and will announce the winner the weekend of the 21st.
