I know this is a little late. For that, I apologize.

For his dedicated and distinguished services across both the Imperial Army commanding the 2nd Brigade and Captain of the Royal Guard. Tireless efforts & initiative over many months keeping his men and his CO (me) in line. For that, I herby promote Lt. Colonel Munro Burton to the rank of full Colonel.

Congrats Colonel! A long overdue and well deserved promotion!

Party in the SFOs office because well, I can..:-P
Drinks on AD Polanski as I still have his Supreme Commander Credit Card..:-P

Never is late to give congratulations, especially if it is congratulations are for a very fully deserved promotion.
Congratulations, Colonel Munro Burton.
And for indications of General Jansen, you have access to the Credit Card of FA Fel (although I not know in what time).
