To All Officers of the Empire:

I formally accept the promotion to the rank of Fleet Admiral and responsibilities of the Supreme Commander. It is an honour to serve the Empire in this capacity, and you have my word that I will perform my job to the best of my abilities.

I want to reassure everyone that there will not be a radical shift in the nature of the Empire, and the power-sharing system that has been in place since the Empire's Rebirth more than two and a half years ago will continue.

I think it should be noted that it was no doubt a difficult decision for FA Polanski to step down, and many leaders lack the wisdom to know when it is the right time. I can only hope that when it is my time, I can make the right decision.

On now to matters of the present...

To follow in my steps in the command of the Imperial Navy, it is my pleasure to select the new Commander of the Navy! I hereby execute the following promotion of...

VA jagged Fel / SysForce 2 SF-FO / VSD Striker / Imperial Navy
...to...
VA Jagged Fel / SecGroup 2 SG-FO / ISD Nemesis / Imperial Navy

...and confer upon him all the privileges, responsibilities and duties that accompany the Commander of the Navy position. Please extend your congratulations to him!
