Since they can observe, there are no even sufficient participants in any events, which puts in danger the possibility of delivering medals in these events in particular. Since this would be something really lamentable, I request especially those members of the Imperial Army who even have not taken part, that do an effort and send his missions or fictions as soon as possible, since the term of this competition is August 25, 2006.
Take part, amuse, make his COs (and to me) happy and show a few beautiful new medals in his uniforms.
