Our High Command has received a subspatial codified message from the hostile Unknown Forces, which have been parked to half of way of Excarga, in the proximities of a small field of asteroids.
They are requesting the send of a representative of our forces to realize a conference, to the biggest possible briefness. Meanwhile the High Command solves that actions to take, one has arranged us to take strictly defensive positions.
We will make use of this brief truce to consolidate our forces in Excarga.
Therefore, these are the orders continuing to counting of now. The second
Brigade will keep on supporting defensive positions, realizing only works of recognition. Part of the First Brigade also will take defensive positions in Excarga, supporting a strict vigilance on the hostile Unknown Forces. The Third Brigade will take positions, immediately, between the first and Second Brigade, next to Kowak, but it will have to support in constant movement and ready to enter in action.
For this they will be provided with the assistance of the VSD Striker and FRG Chinook, Thunderbolt and Tsunami, which will be under the direct command of VA Jagged Fel. Meanwhile we wait for the result of this conference, I ask to all the forces of the Imperial Army to be keep in state of alert, in expectation of new Instructions. Long live to the Empire!

- Summer Reduced Activity Requirements (R&R) (FA Polanski) It is customary that the summer period has required activity requirements due to the sheer nature of availabilty of staff. This is no different this summer. The reduced activity period shall operate July 17th - September 4th; and all reporting requirements are increased by 7 days during this period.

The duration of the competition is from 09/July/2006 until to 08/August/2006.
In her there can take part all the members of the Imperial Army, and all
those members of other Divisions of the Empire that they want. The only
condition is that they must be completely active members of the GEER.

medals will be delivered, and also, like it is already a tradition, there
were rewarded especially those who stand out for his spirit of participation
and collaboration.
First Imperial Swift Kick Tournament
Demon Company is hosting a new competition for anyone who owns Jedi Outcast.

This competition is basically a ladder match where you can't use any weapons. You can only use your feet (double jumping when your opponent is directly in front of you). The competition will last until 9-30 and winners will be announced at the following meeting.

1st Brigade History – Fiction Competition

System:
-The competition will be based on different chapters in the Brigade's History
-Each member of the Brigade may give one submission per chapter.
-Each submissin must contain 2-4 pages to be accepted.
-Only one submission per chapter will win.
Rewards:
-Having your chapter submission will recieve a [IVM-BB], one for every
winning submission.
-Members with the most winning submissions will recieve a [IVM-SB] or a
[IVM-GB]
-[IVM-BB] or [IVM-SB] will be given to those with the most submissions
-Other awards will be given to those with good participation.
Deadline:
The 1st Brigade History Competition is now open to all GE members and the deadline has been extended to the 15th of Augest. All rules still apply but now anyone may submit a writing.
-Some time will be needed for juding.

Fiction Rules:
-The 1st Brigade is a unit commisioned in the GE:ER. So no history about it in the canonical Empire!
-Information about it´s commision can be given by Generals Jansen, Branet, ALC (Ret.) Mitchell and Vice Admiral Fel!
-Use every source for information you get!
-Don´t mention yourself if you weren´t present in this time!
-Be careful what you let other people do in your fiction!
-Write a standard paper between 8 & 12!
-Stay on the topic that is related to the chapters!
-Must contain good spelling and grammar!
-No personel attacks on others, no foul language unless used in quotation, or no made up or unrelated history will be allowed.
-This will become an official historical document on 1st Brigade's history,
so make it official and good when writing it.
If you break any of the mentioned rules the Jury will inform you of
this, so you can write the chapter again and aren´t disqualified!

In relation to the achievement of educational activities, the members of the 2nd Brigade has had, during this period of time, an out-standing
participation, especially LCP Selden, who also completed several BCC and ACC. My congratulations, LCP Selden!.
Also, to counting of now we have 03 active competences; Band of Brothers the Return of the Clones, First Imperial Swift Kick Tournament and 1st Brigade History – Fiction Competition. The variety of activities is high, from the creation of fictions, up to the achievement of combats single and multiplayer.
This is a big opportunity for all the members of the Imperial Army, and I
hope that our members will be able to make use of them.
Also, the participants' quantity for the competition Band of Brothers till
now has been low. There are many medals hoping to be delivered, and I do not wish these to get lost on having finished this competition.
Since they will have observed, the development of the principal fiction of
this competition continues, and soon there will be revealed the nature of the unknown forces of attack. For those who are already writing his respective fictions, must not worry if they separate from the central history. This central history is only referential, and since till now I have not received any more entries, his development will continue doing I, according to since it is the participation of the members of the Imperial Army. Take part!
