Members of the Imperial Army.

Is a pleasure for me to announce that the 1st Brigade has now a new BRG-CO.
The chosen official has taken a long and notable trajectory inside our division, demonstrating fully, and in varied opportunities, his capacity of work and of leadership, in addition to a notable sense of responsibility and allegiance.
For this motive, GEN Jansen and I have done this election:

ACP Foley/BRG-XO/2nd Brigade/Imperial Army
has been promoted to
ALC Foley/BRG-CO/1st Brigade/Imperial Army

Members of the 1st Brigade, please, gives the welcome to his new BRG-CO!

I thank both General Jansen and General Branet for this great honor. I will do my best to lead this brigade and keep up it's great reputation and honor and expand upon it. I look forward to working with all in 1st Brigade.
