I know with Jedi Outcast we have been playing on the EH server but with JA if we aren't using a EH server "the Galactic Empire" group has said they would love to see and play against out people on their JA servers 207.44.237.87 (=[GE]=Sabers-Central) and 67.15.182.20 (=[GE]=Flight-Zone). They appear to have had some turnovers and the such and have a pretty good organization going with them now.
