When you have flown a Bomber for the past two years , you tend to see the T/A as fast , maneuvrable and deadly.

Well.... they are. If you are good enough. Imagine what a capable pilot could do with such a fighter.... Imagine what I could do!


I've received a holonet message from Admiral Fel in person. Promoting me to Squadron Leader of the newly commissioned Psi. A great honor. One that sticks to your skin for a long time.

Never would I dishonor Psi , the Admiral or the Empire. Therefore we are on our way to our first engagement.

My wingmates were briefed and they were ready for anything. Phantom had added her personnal touch to her fighter and she had found time to paint some rancor's teeths under my fighter's window. The rest of my squadron had inspected personnaly they're fighters.

The mission was simple enough.

Hello. Kill. Goodbye.

Nothing was to remain of the Pirates or anyone in the sector. Psi would be on the front line and have the honor of engaging first.

"Woaaa! That was good!" Phantom said while drinking her beer in the officer's lounge.

"The beer or the fight?" asked Vik.

"The fight you fool!" Phantom gave Vik a cold smile. She love's to see fighters exploding , especially when the lasers camed from her cannons.

"That was a good start. Let's drink to Psi!" LT MAR raised is glass.

EN Raven who was at his first live engagement, raised his.

"Thanks for saving my butt , Jamie"

"Bah! It's nothing. Just do the same for me if I need it." Jamie always took the recruits under his wing.


After emptying is glass MAR added.

"Psi. I have a new assignment." He wasn't joking.

"You are to upgrade your fighters to your needs and...... Relax. Our next mission will come soon enough."

"Vacations already? We were THAT good?" Phantom joked.

"Look's like it people. Goodnight. I must go scratch my first 23 kills on my TIE." MAR added.
