In order to get credit for completing missions, you are required to send your FPRs to your direct CO, not VA Fel or myself. The only exceptions are Ship COs, CD Zwib and COL Fel. Everyone else should send their FPRs direct to their CO.
COs, please file your officers FPRs in admin. If you have any questions please ask away. coa@empirereborn.net

Thought I would just make this clear for anyone who did not understand why I want this.
1) Its the correct procedure to do. They were being sent to VA Fel because he was scoring for OS.
2) I for sure don't have the time to look at all the files. If they are in admin already, it saves me a huge amount of time.
