I remember that the Mayan calendar ends on May 26th of same year not too long from now. That was their predicted date of the Apocalypse. So basically make sure you're in church every May 26th from now on...

That's where I got the 2012 date from, actually, but I don't know if it's May 26.

And the mayan calender ends on Dec 23rd, 2012. :P
But remember, that is not the end of the world. That is the end of THIS era. The mayans divided time into different eras and from what I know, we are in the fifth. So, I guess the sixth is coming soon. SHADOWRUN! :P

That sounds like fun. Let's plan a Christmas GERLM in Mexico City on that day! That would be much more convenient for me (seeing as I would be in my middle twenties and in grad school somewhere in the States) and everything is cheap in Mexico, including the bribes we give to the cops!

I thought it was Dec. 22, 2012. Not like that makes a whole lot of differance. Or we could purposly wreak havok since there should tomorrow for us to woory about the consequences. Also, since the Cotholic religion would probably be wrong if the Myans got the date right, there would be no hell to worry about.
