Whitten was my first LT I was under, in Epsilon Squadron on the ISD Chimaera when we just had that ship. I recall vaguely that he did so as Syrtaras said.

Btw - didn't McCain get a trial? I stumbled over an old email in my backups that said so, but it was unclear if the trial actually ever happened.
