Medal Reqest Admin Feature

You'll all be happy to know that you can start using the Reqest Medal function in Admin to put people in for medals. Of course, only those with specific access will be able to use it, as is expected. Obviously this is really only important for Unit commanders (squadrons, ships, companies, etc).

Excellent news Commander. Now that this function is back up I'm sure my fellow CO's and I will have a lot of medals to give out.

And you'll all be happy to know that I have been busy. There are 5 features awaiting final verification, one more in the process of being written, and one more that has been started. Things are coming along nicely.

There are a bunch of medals to be released from my office very soon. We'll get at least one of each IVM-PB, GB, SB and BB and a bunch of other stuff going out.
Now, who knows/can guess what I will hand those out for?
