---Office of Tactical Coordination Test Pilot Team---
RA Mar is looking for new test pilots for both navy and army platforms. If you have multiple platforms (such as EaW and GB) and would like to test simulations for our combat chamber, please email an application to RA Mar here: Tactical@EmpireReborn.net.

---Regarding the GE/ID Situation---
If you have not been keeping up with the situation between the Imperial Directorate and the GE, this is what I have to say. First (and you should've received an email on this), our alliance with the ID has been dissolved. The ID is now viewed as neutral, neither friend nor foe. Members of the GE who are also members of the ID will not be treated any differently and dual membership is still allowed.

This whole episode began with LCL Faeroth (who's duties have now been suspended) posted a very innocent and in no way provocative thread in the Officer's Bar simply stating that he had found the ID and was expressing interest in joining up. Some of the experienced members, including myself, pointed out that a prior member of ours was now second-in-command of the ID and had not had a very well respected career while he was in the ID. This officer in question had been brought before the Court twice. His court dockets can be found in the database.

Faeroth then inquired as to the nature of this ex-member (known as Selden) contribution's to the GE. He fairly pointed out that Selden was doing very well in the ID and that many members like him over there and said also that they must be doing something right if they had attracted such a following. All of those statements were justified and fair. Another army member, Chinew, posted a comment backing the ID's attractiveness and only said, that in his opinion, the ID was more active and responsive than the GE.

Faeroth then abruptly began to call the GE "dead" and claim that our command is incompetent. He then said he would resign his commission if these "problems" weren't fixed. Let it be said that neither Faeroth nor Chinew contacted FA Fel about these "problems" they claimed were plaguing the GE. Chinew then went on to make grandiose claims of the GE's incompetence. Many members of HC and the army and navy alike responded in defense of the GE. The whole thing was only an internal issue UNTIL Selden came on and began to attack the GE and its officers.

The logic, for me, is clear. The posts are there for you to read and make up your own mind. FA Fel and other HC members have responded to each post made by Selden and dissected it, using logic and rational thinking in order to push their point. Selden, in my opinion, has not used logic of any sort. But that is for you to decide. I hope all of you remain in the GE. This episode is very sad, but I think the GE's finest showing of logic is on display.

We had only EF Redd report in this week. That is extremely poor as reporting in is only sending me an email. Everything else isn\'t much harder, maybe doing a mission or doing a multiplayer match at ICTE or challenging someone on the ladder. Hell I am up for a match and would love to beat someone from my own crew. Bring it on! Seriously though, if activity does not go up then some people will be sent to the reserves and I hate doing it, but have had to in the past.

Nothing has happened in the last 2-3 week except for Redd reporting in. He has tryed to stay on top of things, but with school and lack of a computer it looks grim at the moment for him. In my case work has been kicking my butt and I need sleep and R&R. I waited to bring this report out just to see if anyone would be courious as to why there were no reports or anything, but still no answer. So I started to get a little ticked. Now I am bringing back the AWOL check and I am sure that Drazhar approves of it. Now if you wish to stay with the Aurek Bridge Crew or don\'t wish to be a part of the GEER let me or Drazhar know. If I don\'t get anything back I will assume the latter is true, so don\'t wait because I am only allowing 2 weeks to get me an email letting me know what you plan to do. Oh and by the way the Review that was taking place has been put on halt. As of now Redd should have a LoC. I\'m sorry, but we need an active crew. I know RL comes first, but at least let me know whats going on so I\'m not left in the dark.

Starting News Report...

Navy News:
The Navy has been reformed into smaller units to make use of all of our current vessels. The change should be minimal for everyone. Shifting of positions and duties may take place.

Army News:
The Army has been reformed into 2 brigades to optimize squad potential.

Aurek News: The Aurek has been dead lately with me taking one of my hiatus right in the middle of a busy period. I am back and will be looking forward to making a good impact.

Also Drazhar has mentioned starting some ship vs. ship comps. So if you don't have your certifications finished get to it. If you can get to advanced I will be real proud.

Opening List Of Orders...

From the desk of LT Anthony Falcon,

All officers of Aurek now must be fully certified to play Empire At War..No Excuses. This means getting your Basic certification, or better yet Advanced certification. This is manditory, no medal or anything will be awarded for completing this task.

Second, get on the ladders this requires you to finish the first task. I wanna see some good sporting out of our ship and that won't happen if we sit down and be lazy all day.

Third, Go complete a course at the academy. Junon always loves to grade new term papers and seeing yours may make his day.

Last but not least is to report in. Hell guys we work on a bridge, if you don't show up it could be life or death if we are in a asteroid field. Personally sense I have family I would love to live to see them.

Aurek Status Report

Bridge is operational with three stations being filled. Lieutenant Tony Falcon is the Commanding Officer and Konigstiger is the Adjutant. Calroso is in charge of safety and repair.

Aurek News:
The crew has been dead for awhile, but today I got an email from Konigstiger and Admiral JaggedFel. The activity issue is mostly my fault and I will need to see more out of all of us. That will mean more reports and activity from everyone.

I don't know I read some of the messege boards and you should do the same.

Galactic Empire News:
The meeting is coming soon and I would like one of us to attend. It will put you in good standing with the empire.

News:

Ok, I have decided to do two reports from now on. This way it will make everyone inside the crew think we are starting to go faster again. This may take a few weeks to get used to, but after a while it will work out fine. I'm sure Draz and Jag will love more paperwork. :P

Konigstiger has said that he will have reduced activity for a little while because of family. I approved it and then remembered that he is the Adjutant. No matter he will have more paperwork as well. I will explain in the orders below.

I sent out a email to all the academy students to see if I can't help push them along and got a reply from one cadet who wanted to know if Star Wars Battlefront Renagade Squadron for Psp was a platform. I tryed to help him in a reply. I hope it works.

Now on to our new motto and Banner. I need ideas Konigstiger, if you want to help you can and you might get a medal for it. They are important even though they are only a quote and a picture.

Ok, I have started the two reports a week thing for Konigstiger. He is performing gloriously in his effort and his reports like nicely done. I have also started to groom him, so that when he wants to apply for a command position he will be ready.

I also want to bring up that the "Aurek Crew Member of the Year" award is coming up soon. Remember that this is given out for activity and overall improvement.

Now I am working on a Competition that will have to do with activity. Kinda like the old Aurek Quarter Bridge Crew Review". Stay tuned for that because it could be happening very soon.

Congratulations goes out to Ensign First Class Konigstiger on his promotion. I am proud to have you as a officer on this ship and keep up the good work.
