Yet another court martial was held recently, namely the case S-00004 - the Galactic Empire vs. Lieutenant Shadow. His statement in the case against Selden led to him getting his very own court martial. I hope that makes him feel special, now. Here's the charges:

one (1) count of Solicitation
one (1) count of Impersonating an Officer
one (1) count of Abuse of Power (Attempt)
six (6) counts of False Statements
two (2) counts of Forgery

He confessed the falsified EaW matches, as well as using and passing on the screenshot that was already used by Selden to graduate. He also said it was him who convinced Selden to let him use the screenshot in the first place, that he took over the account of Lance Corporal David and that he tried to get his clone stationed in his own company, so it would look real active.

Here's what I have to say on the matter: The Empire doesn't need people who think they are clever enough to outplot, outscheme and outsmart the system. And when they're caught, all we hear is that they only wanted to be a good little imperial officer and help everyone. Haven't you guys learned to play by the rules? And what for? Millions of dollars? Absolute power? I can even understand why people cheat for that (even though I obviously don't approve). But a career in an online Star Wars club? Is that worth cheating for? I absolutely don't think so.

Lieutenant Shadow was sentenced to incarceration for four months, effective as of February 16, 2008. As always, off the roster he goes and the rest of you are to stay away from him during that time or I'll recommend to the ISB that a case will be opened against YOU (yeah, I feel kinda trigger-happy these days).

I have noticied quite a few zeroes in the case numbers. Hopefully you are correct in the very long time portion and we do not need to fill up all those wonderful place holders.

You know, Jamie, I'm pretty sure Syrtaras will tell you the reason we don't want any more is because we prefer our officers NOT to be cheaters. It's not like we're some kind of power-mad Spanish Inquisition (Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition!)... The Emperor's Court is happiest when it has no work to do.

All i have to say is....im not proud of anything i did think i could out scheme anyone , although i think i did a good job for awhile

anyways i wasnt that big in to this club anyways...Sorry clubs like these never really interested me....i got lazy and board i am surprised that i even got to the position i did, lol. I had to find some way to have fun. trying to earn fake medals and non-real rank seems pretty stupid. I am glad i can say all this because i am never coming back.

PS sorry to anyone who is trule passionate about this club, but its all fake, y b so uptight on rules. oh by the way Selden still vists the homepage/mb/ and see if he gets any updates on his email everyday (even though i tell him to stop because they gave up on u). Oh well i tried to help bud.

I think the consensus is that we have not given up on Selden. He will serve his time and then be let back into the fold (unless Imperial Law says otherwise, I am not totally versed in its documentation).
