This is the very First report for FRG Typhoon. As you know, the Ship Captain for Typhoon has been found, and JLT Selden from the Army has been promoted to LT Selden. The Senior Fleet Officer, CL Laithlis was on a LOA, but has now returned. LT Selden has created a website and has chosen a motto. Also, Please thank SL Roche for Typhoon’s Banner. All the new updates to Typhoon are on the Frigates roster page. LT Selden is also currently working on a Ship Competition to test the Activity of his Officers. The Mod for FoC is done, make sure to check it out. As a last announcement LT Selden would like everyone to know that yesterday, 2007-06-15, marked his first year of Imperial Service. (party at the Typhoon, all drinks are on LT Selden!). That is all the Announcements for Today.

, or you can type it. The requirements for the position of First Officer are as follows:

Please tell me your plans for the position
Passed your Navy Officer Exam
Passed your Squadron Leadership Exam (optional, but recommended)
Have your BCC for EaW
Have email response of 72 hours

This is the minimal amount if information/ requirements that I would like to see, any more information you can give will help with the application process. The Deadline for applications is 2007-06-28. Good luck to everyone.

The Challenge of the Frigates has started, and will run until 2007-07-27. I would appreciate if all Officer aboard the Typhoon take place, as for this is my idea, and it was originally supposed to be just for the Typhoon. Remember that the Eye of a Typhoon is always the calm before the storm, where we blow the competition away! If you aren’t clear on how to send a submission then listen up. Send all submissions to CL Calder and CM LaForge, with a Cc to Me, and your Parent or Flag Ship CO and 1O. Any question about the challenge can be sent to myself and CL Calder.

The level of activity has been down lately. I would like everyone to try and report in next week so we can have a good come back to activity. Also if you have any question or would like to add something to the Typhoon’s Mission Logs please email both myself and EN Teishu. Remember that the Website for Typhoon is updated weekly, so please take a look once a week if you can. I am going to try and start a weekly meeting, on the Chat Box link on the Typhoon Website, for all members of Typhoon. At each meeting we will discuses any issues, question, or up coming activity. Please be looking in your inbox’s for information on the meetings. That is all for Today.

This will be the last weekly Report, after today I will submitting reports on a Bi-weekly basis (which means the orders section has change a little). I don’t have any other major announcements for today just some special orders, so make sure to complete these orders as well as the regular orders.

Special Orders: I have started a ship wide AWOL Check. Please make sure you report in to be to me by next Thursday. 2 are you are in danger of being sent to the reserves, make it you highest priority to report in. Parented with the AWOL Check I have put to gather a simple little trivia for Typhoon to complete. It is located on the Ship website, make sure to compete it by this Tuesday. There is only two weeks left in the Challenge of the Frigates. Typhoon, make sure to complete at least two activities each, that’s an order. If you have any suggestions for the Typhoons Mission logs, email both myself and EN Teishu (this will be posted as a regular order from now on). The Scores for the GE Challenge of the Frigate were posted last week on Wednesday. The wining frigate was the FRG Tsunami. I my self won for individual score. Congratulation to all who participated. Some time in the near future, myself and the other FRG Captain might make another challenge!

An Email regarding application for the First Officer of the FRG Typhoon has already been sent out. It is also posted on the Imperial Message Board. It is open to the whole Empire, Make sure to apply for the position!

Activity onboard the Typhoon has picked up. We have had 2 new cadets join the Typhoon, as well as having on promotion onboard. Also I have be in very good contact with 3 of the members onboard. Keep it up Typhoon, don’t let your personal active or the Typhoon’s as a whole slip away.

The Typhoon has experienced low to no activity these past two weeks. But for this report I will excuse most of the activity I have seen aboard the ship, do to the GE’s wide spread low activity. As you may know the G3RLM to place, and do to a lot of the HC members being away for that time, things have been slow if anyone has not noticed. I hope that within a couple days to a week the GE will return to its full normal activities.

The Typhoon has experienced low to no activity these past two weeks. I expect more for you, after I only told you three time remember to report in. This is of course ok for the moment as for most of you have been farily active, the last couple of reports. One SR of being AWOL will not harm you career. I am hoping to make some changelings to the way things, on board the Typhoon, are done in a week or so. So look for updates on reporting in, duty assignments and a competition.

Early this week I sent out two emails to the Typhoon’s Crew, explaining the activity level problem, as well as a new way for everyone to report in. I hope all of you got the chance to read the emails. I spoke of a Competition to increase activity level on the Typhoon as well. I will not be sending the competition information due to the lack or response to my other emails. Remember that I still am writing the Typhoon Mission Logs, if anyone has any ideas or would like to help let me know.
