If you are a PFC in a company that dosenÂ´t need a XO but you are still very active and deserve a promotion, what should happen to you?

Sorry for the somewhat delayed response, but as you probably know, I'm having internet problems.

In response to your query: The PFC may be promoted to LCP after demonstrating activity of a quality and quantity his superiors consider sufficient for promotion. The Army has those non-XO/CO ranks for pretty much this reason - suffice to say if this PFC isn't reaching them, then he's not doing something right.

Yeah but, at the moment there dosenÂ´t seem to be anything more I can do.
As long as nobody suddenly joins the BF2 ladder or start another
non-combat competition thereÂ´s not much more for me to do.

This has been told to you many times before, stay active, you dont have to have things to do to stay active you just need to keep constant contact with your Superiors.

Look at the Officer Manual more: Highly active and effective troopers ranked Private First Class will soon earn a promotion to the rank of Lance Corporal (LCP). Do you understand Private!

All I meant is that I am doing the best I can right now, so donÂ´t jump to any conclusions like that.

Ah... getting defensive at a moment's notice doesn't help. And I believe what Selden and Jamie meant was, and I ask they correct me if I am mistaken, "to stay active on the ladders and combat simulators, and not constant posting on the MB's gets you promoted."

I will never again use the MB to ask for promotion.
Besides, I meant that as a bit of a joke as I did not actually believe that it would get me promoted.
And to SSG Glendon, itÂ´s pretty hard to use the combat ladders when nobody plays the same games as I do.
