A lot of deserving people (mostly new faces) have received medals or promotions recently, so the list is going to be short. But with lots of new recruits, especially in the Frigates, I expect next year's list to be quite lengthy
This officer has shown never-ending dedication to the Navy and Empire as a whole, all the while managing an officer in the Army as well. I am very pleased to promote LT Branet to the rank of Lieutenant Commander!
Another officer that has always been an asset to the Navy, and has also made some technological advances mirroring the IDMR, I hereby promote CM Muscat to Wing Commander!
As a pilot, even I dread flying against him, as does I'm sure the majority of the Fleet. Out of the cockpit he is an exceptional leader, and has put more than his share into driving activity levels in the Empire to keep the pilots moving. For his continuiung work I hereby grant LC Steel the Bronze Star!
Everyone has heard tales about his particular officer, and I'm sure than most of them are amusing and light-hearted. From working in the background to keep the Empire running, to helping lead the Navy I hereby grant CL La Forge the Silver Star!
Congratulations to all, some have been well overdue. To all of the Ensigns still out in the Fleet: I hope to see some of you on this list next year, so get moving! Have a nice break for whatever holiday(s) you celebrate, and a happy New Year.
