VIPER XO NEEDED!

VIPER XO POSITION IS OPEN FOR APPLICATIONS
First of all, I want prospective XOs to have:

A Basic Combat Certification in the platform of BF or BF2
The minimum rank of LCP, but if you are a long serving PFC and feel you have been neglected I can look into that.
Army Officer Exam
Company Leadership Exam(Optional)

A good activity record, in terms of email but also:

Completing Academy stuff(BCCs, ACCs, exams)
Ladder participation
Any other competitions
Last but not least, I would like them to be able to compile information between each report , and to make sure I have included everything important, and also to be able to write reports in my absence, so good writing skills are needed.

From you, I want all the normal stuff, your rank position, medals etc, but also a paragraph on why you want the position, and what you will do/proof you can do it well.

I would like to apply for the position but, i do not have the BCC and ACC for BF yet, thou if you can wait till next week i can send you an application and i should have the BCC and ACC for BF.
