The meaning in general is clear Munro, but this definite "must" makes me thinking.
Goes same way as our personal quotes must be approved, and I donÂ´t like this direction. Advice - always; law - fu!

Allowing anyone to display any image they want in their signature is a Very Bad Idea. It's an enormous loophole and just creates more work for the board admins, who have a lot other things to do anyway.

Fact is that the banners were only allowed because we all agreed to follow certain standards. Failing to do so would drive us to a banner chaos wich is often seen on other forums.

So, the only banners that are allowed are those provided by the HQ. Any further discussion is futile.
