Outer Sectors Subsite Complete!

Unfortunately I was unable to get this ready in time for today's meeting, but I am happy to announce that the OS Subsite has been completed!

You may recall that the old page there was a very simple scorekeeping system - this is a much more full version, with the campaign story and detailed records of medal awards & scores.

Please report any problems in the bug system!

( And DO NOT report a bug like "I didn't win."

Right. That's because I don't have the XCF file because I made it in GIMP... and since I'm at my parents' this weekend - this means I can get it off the backup DVD. And then update the image. And then turn it in.
