I do believe I have found that officer. Ensign Phantom not only has the command experience, having served as the first officer on the Nemesis, but also has shown to have the activity and drive. EN Phantom / Gimel 3-2 / ISD Nemesis / Navy

LT Phantom / Delta 1-1 / ISD Chimaera / Navy

I'm sure the newly repromoted Lieutenant will do fine in her new slot, especially in the rebuilding of the squadron. I look forward to having her aboard.

Ms. Phantom has been to his rank before, actually, which is why I felt it was possible to promote her from Ensign to Lieutenant. She served as a squadron leader for some time, then went on to serve the first officer of the Imperial-class Star Destroyer Nemesis.

Wait wait wait, just who's promotion is this? Last I checked, it was the promoted one who bought the drinks, not the first officer of said officer.

How do you put a black mark on a chalkboard? Wouldn't you need a white/yellow mark?
