I guess this is a 2nd goodbye GE....I have taken it upon my slef to go to the reserves becasue of my busy life and not helping the empire. I dont check it enough...Im behind on everything, and I have not time. Though appointed CO of the Chinook not long ago...I feel that I cant continue to lead the way i used to be. I aslo do not have the skills required to do so...so even in my spare time I cannot help the empre by making a website or banner..all i can do is hand out promotions and awards to people who do it for me.

It really hasn't been good or fun, and I am sorry to let you down.

If you are going to stop being CO for lack of time and obligations in his RL, that is perfectly understandable. The majority of us we have these problems.
But the principal mission of a CO is to direct and to stimulate the members of his team and, in the possible, to create activities for his achievement, both in her own unit and in the Empire. If you can be able to give the example taking part in these activities, even better.
You have not done it bad as CO, and you has skills for it. I am not sure if the solution is to stop being CO. If you supports a good contact with his team, then you should continue as CO. This is his principal function.
But this duty cannot fulfill it, then perhaps you might leave this position and to assume other one with less responsibility, to continue with our Club. There are many ways of helping to the Empire, and one of them is to be present like an active member, in any position.
Cheer up, my friend. If you need some help or advice. Only ask for it.
