“Lieutenant Burton staggered exhaustedly into his shower as dawn cracked over the horizon, not even bothering to remove his camouflaged uniform. As covered in mud as it was, it would be easier to wash it off in the shower. Or get a completely new one.
The water being drained away was completely brown, noted a small part of Burton's mind. In time, when the water began to clear, he felt enormously lighter. Must have been several kilograms of mud he was carrying. He began to strip his clothes off and shuddered as he contemplated the upcoming training exercise. He had just gotten back from a sniping assignment, having had to crawl through all manners of things to evade the hunters intent on avenging their officers who had fell to the Lieutenant's rifle.
The scheduled exercise had the entire Company, all 150-plus men, going through a simulated jungle combat/stalking scenario, starting in another thirty minutes. Burton had not slept for over thirty hours and he was expected, no, required to run around in another jungle, eliminating his troops.
His comlink bleeped insistently on the floor, its tone indicating that a message was coming from a sender listed as a superior officer. Burton stepped out of the shower, wiped his hands on a towel and answered the call. "Lieutenant Burton here."
"This is Major Longstreet. Your afternoon exercises are cancelled. Report to Colonel Branet's office at your earliest convenience. Longstreet out."
Munro started to curse, then stopped. If his exercises were cancelled, that probably meant Dragon Company had a mission. It had to be a quick raid of some kind, he hadn't heard any rumours of the Army gearing up for a full invasion. Unless, of course, they were telling him about it ahead of time for once.â€

The Imperial Army needs a new Banner. sends his Banners to MGN JaggedFel, and they will have the opportunity to gain cool medals. Take part!
4.- The Best Sniper of the 1st Brigade
The Sniper is one of the best soldiers of every army. He must always be in the first line of combat, invisible but mortal for his enemies. The alone one can stop the whole company, infringing a serious damage and paralyzing it in combat.
He must be a brave, obedient soldier and with proper initiative to be able to go out victoriously of the most dangerous situations.
In this occasion, our Best Sniper is ALT Munro Burton, who has demonstrated to have all these qualities. He will keep on being the best Sniper of 1st Brigade up to a new edition of this competition. Will there be, in the future, any other soldier that equals to ALT Munro Burton?

Comment/Orders:
The activity of this week has been characterized by obtain of BCC and ACC of the Imperial Academy, and the competences Outers Sectors 27, Band of Brothers March Edition and 1st Brigade History Fiction Competition Vol.1
In general, the participation in these activities has been good, although not numerous. They stand out in these activities ACP Munro Burton and LCP Pressor, of the company Dragon, the company more active of the 1st Brigade up to this moment (Congratulations)
Since it is possible to observe, in this moment we have several activities to our disposition, and many opportunities to gain medals for our uniforms. Therefore, the order for this week is to take part of these activities and to amuse itself with them. This is quite for the time being. See you soon.
