Greetings Fellow pilots.

With my recent promotion. Psi Squadron as been left without a Squadron Commander.

Temporarly , the job will be assume by 2LT Tornado. I have every confidence in his abilities.

Still. It is of primary importance to let everyone a chance to apply for the job.

I think you all know the requirements for the job. If you don't ... don't apply.

You are to send your applications to my address A.S.A.P.

The best candidate will be promoted and the others will have shown their interest in Commanding positions.

If you like your squadron and mates, then have patience and let him find a suitable person

In other words: it will be announced when a proper LT is found.
