SPEARHEAD WEEKLY REPORT (24/SEP/2005)

** ALT Tsai Branet are sat again in his office, in the barracks of Spearhead, after being absent for a few days. CPL Klanderman enters the office and greets to ALT Branet.
- Good morning, Sir.
- Good morning, Klanderman. Some news?
- Nothing extraordinary, Sir. I left a report in his computer with everything what happened in the company during his absence. With his permission, I move back to continue with my duties.
- OK. Thanks for his help.
After CPL Klanderman goes out of the office, Branet activates the computer and begins to check the report of the company and other reports of the Imperial Army.
- Granted medals ... fight body to body ... pirates' destruction ... another member of the company who is nominated CO... Hey! These boys amused themselves enough without me!
Perhaps I should ask vacation with major frequency and left them alone by more time, he, he. I have excellent soldiers in my company! **

- For obligations in his RL, FA Polanski will be absent for several days, perhaps up a week from Thursday 29th September. In your absense, Admiral Fel and General Jansen shall be looking after items.

(*) Officers Review Sept '05: I hope that all they should have fulfilled with this request of FA Polanski and should have sent his report. The term is even 24-sept-05. If it was like that, then you evaluated to me and to other top officials. Next, I also will deliver a brief evaluation of you, so that they know as they go till now. I hope that this should serve them to improve his career in the Imperial Army.

* Young soldier. And a real promise for the Imperial Army. If you follows the lead of his partners (as kevin and Klanderman) will be able to advance without problems in his career. Till now he is doing it well. Support contact with his CO and his partners.*

* Excellent soldier and an example for Spearhead. He is in the correct way to assume major responsibilities. Only he lacks experience, which he can obtain being attentive to what his Superiors make and say. He is a big acquisition for the Imperial Army and for the GEER.*

INTERNAL COMPETITION "UPDATE BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION"
This way it is. For this month of September, Spearhead has an internal competition.
Every member of the company must update his biographical information in the admin (http://admin.empirereborn.net/login.php).
Must be updated the "Optional Profile Details" and "Edit Profile"
In the "Optional Profile Details" the most important information is the "Biographical Data"
Especially, to create her own biography (in the item Biography) and to uplaod in http://databank.empirereborn.net/ (Imperial Archives).
The one who completes the biggest quantity of information, and do the most original and complete biography, *will gain a medal*. The final term for the update is until the last day of September.
Any doubt or consultation do her to my e-mail. If they have problems with the updates, or with the Admin or the Imperial Archives, I them will help. Take part, do his best work and be imaginative.

Final Comment:
Up to the moment, there are 5 members in the company. Our number is reduced, and new additions are not seen to our company, which has the platform GB. Nevertheless here there are excellent soldiers, and this is a motive of that our members leave this company to assume positions of
command in other companies of the Imperial Army. Probably this keeps on happening, but it is for the good of the GEER. Let's continue with our best effort, and if you have the possibility of bringing new recruits for our company, our club will be grateful to you.
