GE RIPs added to MBs!

Thanks to Colonel Fel, we now have the correct sized RIPs for MB avatar usage. I ask all who want their RIP show to use the ones in the gallery.

Gallery link is at the bottom of your prefs page. Let me know if any RIP is missing. Looks like we got them all.

Excellent... with this done, can I recommend that the other forms of avatar selection are disabled?

That I can think of? No. Is there a mod to do it? Probably not - it's not hard to do the hack necessary.
