Greetings pilots,
This is the last Psi squadron report.
Within the next few day, the GE:ER will close its doors after twelve years of existence. I will not go too much into detail since FA Fel will send an explanatory transmission soon. I can however tell that the GE:ER will become awebsite will be left mostly unchanged but it will be frozen. The forum will be reorganized to fit its new social role, same goes for the IRC.
I have enlisted myself some good eight years ago. Thanks to this club I was able to experience countless hours of joy. Either flying multiplayer missions or chatting and roleplaying but above anything else, I have made many new acquaintances, some of them even became close friends of mine with whom I have real life contact.
What I want to express is that I have a strong bond with the GE:ER though I wish I had been more dedicated to its cause during the last couple of years.
I thank the GE:ER and all the member for all these great years full of fun!
The golden days of the GE:ER are long gone. In one of its last reforms, the squadron system of the Imperial Navy was restructured. All squadrons had their wings diminished from three to a single one. And so, here I am standing in front of only two pilots instead of eleven.
Ensign Colestock. You just arrived to Psi a few months ago. I never had the honor of flying a CAP with you but you have shown promising activity levels which is exactly what I have expected from a veteran like you. I wish I had had more time.
Ensign First Class Viktorov. I recruited you and you have been around for almost as long as I have. You had a turbulent start forcing me to constantly discipline you (especially about showing more respect towards Rebel pilots at the MS Gaming Zone :p ) but you ended showing a good career in the Imperial Navy despite some peaks of laziness. However, whenever the squadron needed you, for example during competitions, you were there to assist. You also almost were something like my personal guard asking for transfers into the squadrons under my command :p
I am glad having you both under my command and I hope you both will not simply fade away but keep visiting the GE:ER forum and IRC channels.
