-Squadron news-
I (Lieutenant Lenanor) have taken command of Iota Squadron. All members should have received an introductory email from me (if you haven't, please notify me at once).
-Personal news and activity-
I've been rather busy in real-life this week and so didn't get as much done as I'd hoped, but my activity should increase from this point. I was however able to do some website coding (I am presently working on an automated uniform generator for the rosters).
I have a few other projects which I plan to start on within the week. I will write more about these once I've actually begun work.

-Orders-
So far, not one pilot has made contact with me. Please do so at the earliest opportunity. All I want is a brief introduction (I'm afraid I don't know everyone too well yet), an idea of how much time you have to devote to the GE, and an idea of what you would most like to do (whether that be writing fiction, creating missions, designing graphics or anything else).
If you have not already done so, please sign up for the GE message boards. They're a great way to stay in touch with other officers and keep yourself informed of GE news.
As this is my first report as Iota Leader, I'd like to know how you liked the report. Tell me what worked well and what I could improve.
For those of you who are able to fly (myself regrettably not among them), consider flying some Combat Chamber missions you haven't yet completed.
Try to participate in some of the ongoing competitions listed below.
I might be interested in putting together an Iota website, but I need to know if anyone would find it useful. If you have strong feelings about this (one way or the other) let me know. Also, if you'd like to help with website creation, please contact me about that.
-Current GE activities-
The Third Guard Games have begun! If anyone owns Jedi Outcast or Jedi Academy, this is a great opportunity to make yourself known and possibly earn a medal. There's also a fiction competition.
CL La Forge is looking for submissions for the ninth GE Newsletter. Fiction, banners and posters are just some of the possibilities. Contributions must be mailed to the Captain (sfo@empirereborn.net) by 7 January.
BRG Branet's end-of-year trivia competition is also open and will run through the end of December.
FA Fel is looking for a high-quality custom EaW mission, and has promised a Bronze Seal to the first officer to submit one.
If I've missed anything that should be listed here, email me and I'll include it in my next report.
