PSI SQUADRON REPORT
Pilot activity:
1-1: LC Steel – doing the usual squadron leadership duties. Flew ERS76, ERS78, ERS82, ERS85, ERS136, ERS138, ERS142, ERS144, ERS146, ERS148, ERS154, ERS157, ERS160 and ERS162. Participating in all the Ladders. Completed the Basic and Advanced Battle Combat Certifications for EaW and had a few EaW matches. Making an EaW strategy FAQ with ACP Burton.
Working on the GE Map.
1-2: EN Pirek – flew the ERS157 and completed the Basic Battle Certifications for XvT and TIE Fighter. Sporadic MB activity.
1-4: EF Xenophon Ualtar – flew the ERS67, ERS88, ERS116, ERS158 and ERS157. Present on the MBs plus a good email response rate. Above that all, he got promoted to Lieutenant and was transfered to the ISD Chimaera where he will take command over the Zeta squadron. Yes, Psi pilots are very searched throughout the fleet :)
2-1: SL M.V. Viktorov – sent me a batch of missions wich somehow didn´t got through and also flew the actual one. These were the ERS110, ERS118, ERS121, ERS132, ERS142, ERS144 and ERS157. Present on the MBs and good email contact.
2-2: EF Raven – his XWA CD got damaged and he is working to get a replacement. Email contact.
2-3: EN Ariq Kenseu – flew the ERS76 and ERS157. Normal contact.
2-4: EN SySt – no activity at all since his arrival. I sent him a warning wich will end this Monday. I will request his removal if he fails to report until then.
3-1: 2LT Tornado - flew the ERS157. Email contact.
3-2: EF Qorl – flew the RS157. Good contact both on IRC as email and he was present on the MBs.
3-3: EN Kiles – still awaiting him to be removed him to the reserves…
3-4: EN Galin Techsan – No ERSs this time. Email contact.
Activity decreased slightly this time but it is still very high and I am most pleased about it :)
I am now trying to improve the comradehip within the squadron itself, so I issued orders to my Flight Leaders to start getting in touch with their respective flights. Once that is achieved and going on well, I will bring both flights together.
Psi pilots have:
-participated on most ladder sections
-participated on the „ISD Nemesis - Pilot of the Month“ as well as the best "Hunter" of the ISD Nemesis #2
Orders:
Current orders are to fly the actual OS ERS162 mission and fly as many combat chamber misions as their time allows them to. This includes past OS missions that they might not have flown yet.
Secondarily there are also the ladders, wich have been reopened. And the Psi banner competition.
Finally there are the spezial orders that I issued to both my Flight Leaders (see my comments above)
