PSI SQUADRON REPORT
Pilot activity:
1-1: LC Steel – „Res Gestae“: a busy time, after taking command over Psi, I quickly established my Squadron Leader functions. Other than that, I flew ERS142; ERS146; ERS154 and ERS157. Participated and won the XWA ladders.
I completed the BF Advanced Combat Certification, passed the „Introduction to the GE“ courses I and II. Working my way on BF2 to get my Advanced certification for it and „Empire at War“ as well.
Finally I followed other functions by working for General Jansen as a diplomat. He assigned me to establish contact with a SW clan as well as providing a banner from them. Started a query on the Academy in order to determine future recruiting strategies and, last but not least, I also have been working for he GE Map
1-2: EN Pirek - a new arrival. MB, ERS154.
1-3:
1-4: EF Xenophon Ualtar – flew the ERS67 (will have to refly) ; ERS148; ERS149; ERS75 and ERS 79. Passed the „Introduction to the GE“ courses I and II. Present on the IRC, MBs as well as providing a good response to emails.
2-1: SL M.V. Viktorov – flew the ERS146; ERS148 and ERS 152. Completed the “Navy Officers Exam” and “Squadron Leadership Exam”. Email contact.
2-2: EF Raven – flew the ERS82; ERS85; ERS90; ERS92; ERS94; ERS96; ERS 115; ERS119; ERS122 and ERS125. Email contact.
2-3: EN Ariq Kenseu – returned back from the reserves. Tried to fly a few missions but he is still too out of shape I guess :p
Present on the MBs and email contact.
2-4: EN SySt - a new arrival from the Academy. Reported in but so far still getting used to the ship.
3-1: 2LT Tornado - flew ERS142; ERS144; ERS146 and ERS148. Email contact.
3-2: EF Qorl – was awarded with two Imperial Victory Crosses with Bronze Wings for getting the second place in the „ISD Nemesis - Pilot of the Month“ as well as the best "Hunter" of the ISD Nemesis #1 XvT section! Completed the „Introduction to the GE I“ course and flew the INS17; ERS2; ERS15; ERS65; ERS154; ERS145; ERS146; ERS 147; ERS148; and ERS149. Present on the MBs, IRC and a excellent email contact!
3-3: EN Kiles – removed him to the reserves due to his lack of activity.
3-4: EN Galin Techsan – also a new arrival from the Academy. He started well by flying the ERS157. Email contact.
EN Hermann - completed ERS111 before asking a transfer to the reserves.
EN Gulrays and EN Qwuitli were both transferred to the FRG Chinok, a EaW unit. This was their wish. I myself transferred EN Kiles and Tanner to the reserves due to their lack of any participation whatsoever.
I am very pleased with my pilot performances. Everyone is fighting hard and I do not wish to mention any names or citate a „pilot of the week“ because in case of Psi, that would be unfair. Activity is bursting and it is perfectly clear to me that every single pilot is doing his best to keep Psi as the finest squadron fleetwide. In this sense, every pilot is a „pilot of the week“. All except one pilot, who is still new, have flown missions. And most of them have flown more than one mission, some of them practically bombarded me with pilot files. Yes, I am proud serving with these pilots. We rock! :-)
However, I also must note that I had to remove two pilots away due to their lack of participation.
Psi pilots have:
-participated on most ladder sections
-won the XWA ladder (our game platform)
-won the 2nd place on the „ISD Nemesis - Pilot of the Month“ and best "Hunter" of the ISD Nemesis #1 XvT section (1st awards went to CM Mar who was a Psi member anyway :-P )
-most of the Academy students that got graduated with exams and courses were Psi pilots
Orders:
Current orders are to fly the actual OS ERS157 mission and fly as many combat chamber misions as their time allows them to. This includes past OS missions that they might not have flown yet.
Secondarily there are also the ladders, wich have been reopened. And the Psi banner competition.
