Well, it is with both a proud, and heavy heart that I announce the promotion of CPL Tovakinpi to the rank of Junior Lieutenant and XO of Spearhead. We only had you for a short time, but you are one of the finest soldiers I have ever seen. Good job Lieutenant. I'm going to miss you, you've shown me what to expect from my men.

I had to work on getting a report out of Grayson and Rylan, but I got you. I won't work to get you next time. Good job being around Baker. And Tovakinpi's activity turned out to be unnecissary this week, seeing as how he was promoted.

Well, Tovakinpi and myself were the only active members in the BoB comptetion, and I'm sure Baker would have been if he had joined sooner. I want to see some work people, not just being around. I can't stress this enough.
