See, I would say that's debatable though. Would you refuse access to an admiral even if he was a reservist? I think reservists with the necessary rank (who are interested) should have access.

They might have useful things to add to any discussions, after all.

I am with Calder on this.


High Command Ranks means Experience. And we shouldn't never stop listening to advices coming from them.
