Many of you recall on the old Imperial Nexus there was a faciltiy which allowed one to connect to IRC via a Java Applet. If I recall, many of the mIRC/<other client> users hated it. :P

In any event, I have decided and gotten approval to bring back this facility. I would ask all commanding officers to please send a memo to their units regarding the Webchat... it will make it significantly easier for them to get on IRC for at least limited durations with relative use-ability.

For those who don't like it (and I know you exist :P ), go get mIRC at:

mIRC is much more full-featured, it being an actual program versus a Java applet.
