I, Private First Class Seely, whom is Spearhead's newest member walked in the room where Foley had been earlier. Lieutenant Brantet, and Captain Chu were wishing they hadn't gone out on a quick raid to get more supplies, for the result was Foley being even more wounded than he alrady was. With a worried state of mind, I walked into the hallway and walked around the base. In a room I saw a pirate crawling around on the floor, trying to escape in vain. Drawing my blaster rifle, I walked up to the pirtate and aimed the blaster at the back of his head. The pirate gasped in suprise and started crawling around even more trying to avoid his inevitable doom. I followed his movements with amusement and then thought of Foley and beat him over the head. Thinking more, I bashed the pirate again in vengance for seriously wounding and possible killiing my lifelong friend from Yaga Minor. I quickly found some self-control and stopped my assult on the now bleeding pirate. I grabbed him and brought him to the room where Chu and Nathan are standing.
"I brought a prisoner to question, Sirs!" I said

Foley woke up with a headache. Sitting up to quickly Foley barley contained the nausea that waved though him. Getting a hold of himself, Foely looked around the room and found Klanderman and Seely talking in the corner of the room. The two hadn't noticed him, so Foley picked up a paper wad and threw it at them, hitting Seely in the head. Looking over at him, Klanderman and Seely walked up to Foley and patted Foley on the back.
"How ya doing man?" Klanderman asked
"Besides the throbibn headache and the hole in my body, I'm fine." Foley informed. Feeling the missing piece of his body, and the bump on his head.
"The doc said that the headache should be gone in an hour or two, and that you shouldn't feel any pain from the torso wound thanks to the pain reliveing ring in your chest." Seely said.
"Thats good."
"Those guys thought you were an Imperial officer because of the uniform and beat you twice as hard for information and the hell of it." Klanderman said.
"No surprise. This thing has been a curse to wear and a blessing at the same time. It's seemed to make me a better fighter, and has also screwed me over at the saem time." Foley commented.
"Well you look good in it at least" Seely chimed in.
"Yeah, well I'd be happy with the thicker armor of the Stormtrooper Armor, but I'd hate to look bad in front of Chu."
"Well, at least the horrible wounds inflicted upon you have non-fatal" Seely joked.
"Ah shut up" Foley grumbled, as he got up and put on a Non-Battle Field Uniform (NBFU) and walked outside with the two other guys talkin to him and making sure he was ok. Outside, Foley made contact with Chu, who began to walk up to him to talk about the next phase of operations.

Kevin walked over to Foley. "Glad to see your ok." I am sure you gave the pirates the time of their lives before you got your head knocked." Kevin gave a little chuckle. "Oh well at least te medic droids got you fixed up nicely. Maybe next time you can crack them on the heads."

They got there just as Comodore Zwibble threw off her shoes, got on a table with her wisky, and started dacning, Klanderman and Foley looked at each other, and started cracking up

As Chu walked up to Foley, Foley gave a crisp salute.
"Lance Corpral Foley reporting for duty SIR!!!"
"I hope you are quite well." Chu stated, returning the salute.
"I feel that I can be ready for battle by tomorrow morning, Sir." Foley informed.
"Good, because I need you to be at your best performance Junior Lieutenant." Chu said with a smirk.
Quickly realizing what has happened while he was unconscience, Foley saluted again, worried that the wrong movement would get him demoted again. "Thank you, Sir." Foley said. "I'm honored to have the official duty."
"You deserve it Lieutenant. You have proven yourself to be above your peers and are the most qualified for the job." Chu said. "Now rest up, and be prepared for a ISD worth of paperwork.
"Thank you, Sir."

During the night shift, Foley was standing in an observation post and looking out into the harsh Genosian Desert. Walking around the circular post, Foley noticed some lights in the distance. Picking up his macro binoculars, Foley took a deep look at the convoy that was coming towrds the fort.
"Reinforcements on the way!!!" Foley cried to the men on the ground "Prepare to recive the new troops, and make sure they feel welcome!"
Foley jogged down the post's stairs and walked up to Kevin, being the first person he could find, "Go get Captain Chu, and Lieutenant Branet. They will want to be here for the incoming men." Foley instructed.
"Roger" Kevin replied.

I felt relived that I was no longer the greenest person in the group. After my duties were done, I walked outside to the base perimiter for a breath of calm, unshared air. Foley smirked inwardly to himself. Sending Kevin in was a perfect set up for Branet to give Kevin his promotion. Howerver, his smirk from good times, turned into shocked face from horror. He saw the laser bolt fly down towrds the front gate. Foley saw one of the gaurds open up on the sniper's general area, but to no avail. He was then shot. Foley saw Seely run in and to his gear. Foley grabbed Rylan and told him to send the sniper team to the fort's roof to get an overwatch position.
"Captain Chu, we have a sniper and an unknown amount of enemy troops attacking us. What's the plan?" Foley asked.
"Foley, Branet's defending the rear position with Spearhead. Most of these new guys are ours, so we're all set. Go help Branet, I can handle this and will need to get the new guys to know that I can take charge. They need to be able to see me and not you, just for now. Go and fight with Spearhead and I can run Viper's defense. You seem to konw more guys there anyway, so you should be able to be a little more dramatic with the fight!!!" Chu ordered
"Yes Sir" Foley said and ran off to the rear entrance.

Foley moved over to where Spearhead was defended. Seeing Klanderman, Foley walked over ducking as a few stray shots came a little too close.
"Klanderman!!! Where's Lieutenant Branet?"
"He an hour or so before the attack. He was called away for something with command!!! He'll be gone the next few days. He left me in charge!!!"
"Dammit!!! Klanderman, Chu sent me over to assist. I'll leave you to lead Spearhead, but Chu has ordered me over here, so I'll take half of the defenses and you take the other half"
"OK, Sounds like a plan."
Foley nodded and started jogging over to the right side of the back gate.
After a few hours of skirmishing, Foley came up with a plan. The enemy were now only a few feet from the gate and Foley decided to put his plan into action.
"Klanderman, Follow my lead!!!"
Klanderman nodded and prepared to work in sync with Foley.
"OPEN THE GATES AND OPEN FIRE WITH THE HEVY REPEATERS!!!!" The order was folllowed and the gate opened. Immidietly the pirates went after what they felt was a horrible mistake in the Imperial plans. Instead, they were torn to pieces as the lasers rammed into them.
"Lob your concussion grenades over the wall!!!" After the quickly followed explosion, Foley ordered a charge out of the base. The suprised enemy force was quickly mopped up and all of the pirates attempting to retreat were mowed down.
"Klanderman, take your half around the left, I'll take the right. We'll flank the front gate attackers and win this fight!!!"
Moving up the flank, Foley jumped around the corner and fired his E-11 into the crowd of pirates. The rest of Spearhead came behind him, and on the opposite flank. Charging intot he fray Foley prepared to lead his first close combat charge.

Kevin charged into the mass of pirates firing his blaster. He followed Klanderman into the fray. He suddenly felt a sharp pain in his leg he looked down th see a hole where the blaster struck him. "Just a flesh wound." he mumbled to himself and continued fighting.

Foley, felt a superheated laser go by his head, and looked at its origin. He saw a sniper team with Foley in thier crosshairs. Foley grabbed a pirate who was skirmishing with with someone behind him, and pulled him into the snipers next shot. Using the body as a shield, Foley calibrated his very accurate service blaster and put it on overchrge. He fired it into where he knew the sniper was and went back to his current battle when he saw the head turn into a vaporized stump. Foley looked to his right when he saw the Main Gates open up with Chu leading Viper into the fray. Foley brought his group around the back slowly and cut off the pirates last hope of escape. Soon the pirates started giving up in mass.
Back inside the base, Foley was on the radio with Delta and was calling in a prisoner transport so the newly aquired pirates could be interrogated and executed back at an Imperial Base. Foley was exhasted and but not in the mood for sleep. He went off looking for Klanderman and Seely, and found them talking with Kevin who had a wound in his leg. Foley started walking up for a ocnversation.
