My issue was that I couldn't use Outlook to recieve and send GE email because my school's network disallowed sending email through another network. It's exteremly dumb, but nothing I can do. And other clients (such as TB) won't help either for the same reason. So I've been using the webmail that comes with the account itself, but it has no spam features, so I get hit with the brunt of it.
