Comments: Activity in Spearhead has increased dramatically. Though there is still room for improvement I am really proud of the number of FPRs I have received. Some major work and updating has been done on the Company website, all of the credit goes to JLT Trenal who worked on it for several hours. Hopefully this is a sign of events to come.

A suggestion: When I was an Ensign in Gamma Squadron a long time ago, Lieutenant Ribbon used to pass out assignments via email. So every week, he'd send us an email with a mission in it and say "complete this by such and such". It's a shame commanders have stopped doing this.
