General Javen Wolfe

Javen Wolfe was born into a rich family on Coruscant. He was raised believing in the New Order and joined the Sub-Adult group as soon as he could. He then joined the Imperial Army. Although relatively unknown before the Battle of Endor, Wolfe gained some fame for his aggressive tactics on Kessel. He battled rebels that intended to take over the large mining facilities all across the planet. At the age of 18, Wolfe was a skilled and (to many) a cruel opponent. He would serve Moff Darcc for a time before serving on Trandosha, where he gained some powerful allies. he then returned to Kessel. After defeating a rebel cell on Kessel, he learned of the fate of Palpatine. He immediately fled Kessel to a nearby astroid field, here he would establish his main base, Skull Installation, named after his Skull Legion, a motley assortment of Stormtroopers and Trandoshan. After the death of Hissa, Wolfe formed Skull Base on Kessel, proclaiming himself Warlord of the Space Rock Kessel. Once more the now New Republic attacked Kessel. Wolfe held over 500 hostages on the surface saying he would kill them all if the Rebellion (as he still considered them) didn’t leave the sector. Following that he had several battles with Grand Moff Vorhut, the new moff of the Kessel Sector. Vorhut lost most of his power and Wolfe ruled the sector in all but name. Using the huge amount of Prisons on Kessel, Wolfe intended to build a fleet of super star destroyers and conquer the galaxy. After several republic saboteurs ruined his “Project Deathmate,” Wolfe fled Kessel. Bidding his time in the Skull Installation, Wolfe learned about the return of Thrawn. Leaving is base, aboard the Demon Skull, his personal star destroyer (Imperial-class), Wolfe intended not only to join up with the seemingly invincible Thrawn, but to stab him in the back once he was Emperor. Wolfe committed several acts of terror, bombing defenseless planets and killing hostages, hoping Thrawn would notice him.
Somehow, Wolfe got a hold of a Death Star Plan, quickly fleeing back to the Skull installation, with several important engineers with him, Wolfe decided to pull the ultimate blackmail, something he was famous for, he planned to build the Death Star then, when the galaxy was busy, pop out of Hyperspace and threaten the galaxy with blowing up Coruscant, if they refused still, he would do that and move on to the Alliance Hotbed of Mon Calamari, and continue on until he was given possession of the galaxy. Unfortunately, Thrawn was killed and the Empire fell into chaos. Wolfe was forced to use more and more of his resources trying to stop rival warlords from claiming Kessel than actually building the Death Star. Finally, after several years, it was done, naming the Death Skull, he appeared above Coruscant with his threat. Believing that he was bluffing, Sien Sow ordered the fleet to attack, olfe ordered it to fire. Then, unexpectedly, and internal combustion within the gun caused a huge explosion, destroying the station and literally throwing Wolfe’s fleet into space. With all but his flag ship ruined, Wolfe fled to the Skull Installation, and there hid until some time in the Vong invasion where Wolfe would die defending Coruscant giving his now famous lines as he rammed a Vong Living ship:
“I, General Javen Wolfe, proclaim myself Emperor of the Galaxy! Damn the Vong an’ Rebels, full speed ahead!”
