Imperial Army Seal Comeptition

I am wanting the Army to have an official seal that can be used in documents and what not.

I would like it to meet the following specifications:
-No bigger than 200x200 pixels
-650 kb in size
-Include the Army motto of "Protect, Defend, Preserve" either on the outside or included within.
-Include "Imperial Army"

I will leave the competition open for two weeks and will accept submissions from both divisions. Ideally, I would like it to be created by an army member but I will choose the design based on quality. If there are no designs that I feel are acceptable, no medals will be given.

If you are needing some help getting started, I would include the Imperial insignia and a Stormtrooper helmet, but those are just suggestions. Feel free to be as creative as possible. (An example: http://www.usuhs.mil/mtn/images/Army_Seal.jpg)
