There hasn't been any activity on the ladders except the JK3 one, is everything alright ?

Well, sir, I send out ladder challenges from time to time, but I get no replies.

If the chalenge is sent out then no reply, i guess that counts as a refusal.

CM Wedge and I have attempted to fly several times for the XvT Ladder but we can't seem to connect our computers.

well, thatÂ´s why less and less even join the ladders. most of the people who are listed are hard to get or canÂ´t play at all.
