More TIE craft that I thought!!

First I thought there were only the TIE Fighter, Interceptor, Bomber, Advanced and Defender but when I was browsing the Star Wars Technical Commentaries I suddenly found out there were also

TIE Phantom
TIE Drone/Droid
TIE Scout
TIE Vanguard
TIE Shuttle (which looks a lot like a TIE Bomber)
TIE Scimitar
TIE Boat
TIE Lander/TIE Transport
TIE Raptor
TIE Cyclone
TIE Lambda

and some experimental vehicles (mostly from XWA)! Damn, it would be awesome to have models of all of those!

The TIE Shuttle *is* a TIE Bomber. The only difference is that its weapons hull was changed to accomodate passengers :p

The Scimitar is *not* a TIE. It only has a single ion engine, hence it can't be a Twin Ion Engine craft.

Wow the TIE Vampire is butt ugly. And as I was looking at the TIE cyclone I had to ask...how do you get into the thing?

But speaking of TIE craft, why is it that the ER doesn't have any active T/D squadrons? I know some of the higher officers use them as personal craft but why is it that Iota squadron is flying the Gunboat when it's basically a poor man's Defender?

Budget issues? Cause there are budget issues I suggest a bake sale

I agree with you there Sir of course not to put you down. Ensign Nevius if you want Lemon Squares go make some in the mess hall, i am sure the crew would love some homemade cooking and long away missions
