Oddly enough I never quite got around to playing Knights of the Old Republic. Though I have heard some very good things about it.

1. I am very encouraged by the sheer amount of effort the developers are putting into the project. In particular, their efforts to give the player choice in their own ...

Actually there's a patch on the LucasArts website that allows you to play TIE in XP. I'm afraid I've lost the link in my ever expanding database, but I'm sure you'll find it if you look for TIE Fighter patches. I still play TIE and Rebellion on occasion, both to see how far game design has come and ...

The key to Question 10 was in the wording: "in the Rebel Alliance."

He made Colonel by the Thrawn Offensive, in what was technically the New Republic, not the Rebel Alliance. The latest in the timeline he was mentioned, he'd reached Brigadier General.

Well worded explanation on the Fett thing ...

Just blame Lucas for everything. :P

Oh I do. :P

Well, for one thing Boba Fett wasn't really born, he was a clone of Jango. (Something that the EU writers never considered, Lucas really kinda threw them for a loop on that one.) so from a technical standpoint, since he has the same DNA, you could ...

FYI, The Nvidia G80 series chips (8800GTX, 8800GTS(640) and 8800GTS(320), are aparently still the only DirectX 10 capable cards on the market right now. Of course they only really satesfy one of the three requirements to be DX10 cards, but that still means they'll be able to run Crysis when it comes ...

I was able to run it fine with Windows XP and an 8800 GTS (640), which is probably the most horrific under utilization of that card lovely DX10 card to date.
