Well,Admiral,I have no skill with banners,but mottos I can provide.I'll email some to you.

a)I agree with Solidis and Vortagh.The system isn't effective.If we do happen to implement a new system;mercifully soon,I hope,there will still be inital problems,but it's going to be easier to work out the newer small kinks from the get-go,than the monster mess we have now.
